Seymour Performers Workshop is committed to providing opportunities for young people in our community to gain experience and training in the performing arts.

We are fortunate to have access to a team of passionate educators and professionals who bring their experience and expertise to our Youth Theatre School programs.

In recent years we have hosted DramaLab (2023) and the PAK (Performing Arts Kids) Project (2025), as well as workshops and school holiday intensives.

In 2026 we are running a 14-week program to stage a production of Matilda Jr the Musical. Through this program students will learn vocal, dance and drama skills and gain stagecraft and live performance experience.

We are also providing opportunities for young people to work alongside our creative, technical and production teams to receive hands on training and experience in a range of areas including direction, choreography, sound, lighting, production design and marketing.
